Grant of license
Subject to payment of applicable fees, InspireBridge Group LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the licensed software for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
Restrictions
- No resale, sublicensing or rental
- No reverse engineering except as permitted by law
- No use to build a competing product
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with InspireBridge Group LLC. Ownership of custom-developed work is set out in the project agreement.
Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it only to provide the service.
Term and termination
The license ends when your subscription ends or if you materially breach this agreement. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
